I had been looking into IPL Photofacials for some time and it just so happened that Pelle was promoting this service for a very reasonable price so I decided to give it a try. The first thing I noticed is that the salon has a really cute storefront and there is a pay parking lot just beside it which makes it really convenient to access. When I entered the salon, Mazomeh (the technician), greeted me really warmly. She did an excellent job of describing the service and how it works (as this was my first experience with it). She is super knowledgeable and professional and it's clear she's passionate about what she does. I am really impressed with everything about my experience with Massy and the procedure. My Groupon package included 4 IPL treatments and I have used 3 so far. My skin is noticably smoother, more evenly toned, and generally more youthful looking. I recommend going to Pelle and seeing Mazomeh for IPL treatment to anyone! My friends asked me what I had done because they couldn't believe my results! I am going back for my last of the 4 prepaid treatments tonight and you'd better believe I will be going back for all future treatments! Great experience! 6 out of 5 stars for sure!! Thanks, Massy!!

Both times, she took the time and great consideration to discuss the procedure, and made sure that I get the results that I wanted. She explains what she's doing as she goes, which was very helpful. She took time to assess my skintone to get the precise colour of ink that would work best, which turned out so natural and beautiful. She took note of this in my chart the first time so when I went back today for the 6-week follow-up, she knew exactly what to do without my having to remind her. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone interested in having eyebrow feathering done or any other beauty procedures. You can trust her and the service does not end with the end of the transaction!

I`m at my 6th laser hair removal session. I did all of them at Pelle hair salon, with Massy, and I must say, I`m very happy with it.
Hair sensibly stopped growing except for some areas that still need some touches up, but in general the result is very good. Thanks to the laser process I kind of solved the very annoying ingrowing hair problem, and now the few hair that I have are very thin and weak.
I hope in a few more sessions I`ll have no more at all and this thanks to Massy`s skills, the very kind and professional esthetician providing the treatment.

Just before I got married, I went and got laser hair removal for both my legs and underarms , and I gotta say, it's the BEST INVESTMENT I've ever made! My fiancée hates hair, and I gotta say, from the first session I saw results, and after 3 sessions I barely have any more hair on my legs and nothing on my underarms!! So happy and pleased, great atmosphere, friendly people and a pleasure to go there. I recommend this place to all my girlfriends that never want to shave or wax again. They give you honest advice on your skin and hair and they are very professional and very knowledgeable about the laser hair treatments that they do. Best part about this place is their low LOW PRICES!! Laser hair removal can be expensive, but here I found the best prices in town!! Very very affordable , and the results are unbelievable!

The place to go for laser hair removal! A coworker of mine recommended that I come here and it has been one of the best things I've done for myself! Massey is friendly but doesn't try to pretend that the procedure will be pleasant. It will hurt ladies but that means its WORKING!!! I saw results after the first session and after 6 I'm hair-free in most areas that were treated. Results will depend on skin tone and hair colour. Don't get suckered by the so called painless procedures!
I'm so happy with my brows! They let me up grade the groupon from solid colour to feather touch (microblading). She spent an hour getting the outline perfect and stayed after hours to make sure my brows were perfect. I will be going back here for sure, and would without a doubt pay full price for this service.

Massy is a professional. She is friendly, and did a great job! microdermabrasion, photofacial and great massage. Salon has decent atmosphere and very comfortable. I already went back to her second time, and I will again!
